WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — A Wausau man is facing sexual assault of a child charges dating back to 2013.
41 year old Joshua C. Wells was in Marathon County Court this week and was charged with repeated sexual assault of a child charges after a now 18 year old came forward. She says the assaults began in a Kronenwetter home in 2013.
Wells is also facing another open sex assault case from 2018 in Marathon County Court and has several other charges against him as well.
Wells is being held on a $20,000 cash bond. The new charge carries a max penalty of 40 years in prison.
