LAC du FLAMBEAU, WI (WSAU-WXPR) – The Vilas County Sheriff’s Department says a man who was reported missing has been found dead.
Harvey La Belle was reported missing on Monday under a Silver Alert. He was last seen Sunday evening.
The initial report says Le Belle, 84, lived by himself and suffered from dementia.
Family went to check on him Monday morning, and he had left home. They say he often walked around town, but it was unusual for him not to return home.
No information surrounding his death has been made public.
