ROTHSCHILD, WI (WAOW-WSAU) — The Village of Rothschild will be getting new condos.
The Rothschild Village Board voted on Monday to pass the request for a condominium plat located on Grand Avenue.
It would be the building that formerly housed Shopko. That request came from the Wausau Department of Veterans Affairs, which currently has an outpatient clinic in half of the building.
The condo will not be residential, it will be intended for business purposes, the future owner is not yet known.
