ANTIGO, WI (WSAU) — A man from the Town of Summit in Langlade County is set to go to trial on October 24th for disturbing incidents that allegedly happened in 2020 and before.
Robert Wildman is charged with first-degree sexual assault, sexual abuse of a child under 16, incest with a child, and bestiality with animals. He faces over 170 years in jail.
The sexual abuse charges go back to 2007 through 2020 and include beating a woman with a metal pipe and pieces of wood. He also is charged with forcing a woman to participate in sex with animals including a dog and a sheep. He’s accused of beating the animals and using them for sex and forcing a child to watch him shoot a cat.
The 32-year-old is also charged with being naked with children present and putting his hand under a child’s clothes inappropriately.
A jury trial in Antigo is scheduled to start on Oct 24th.
