GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) — The young Green Bay Packer receivers have been struggling to get on the same page as quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Now, they may have no choice.
The injury bug has hit the Packer wide-out room hard with the latest to go down being Allen Lazard. He injured his shoulder in Sunday’s game and was seen in the Packer locker room Monday with his arm in a sling. He didnt’t speak with reporters.
The Packers are already without Randall Cobb who is out with an ankle injury and rookie Christian Watson has been out the past two weeks with a hamstring problem.
There’s no word on if the Packers will sign some veteran help at the position this week. Coach Matt LaFluer said ‘injuries are part of the game and you’ve got to adjust and adapt.”
The Packers travel to Buffalo for a Sunday night matchup.
