ORCHARD PARK, NY (MetroSource-WSAU) –The Buffalo Bills blew past the reeling Green Bay Packers 27-17 on Sunday Night Football to remain atop the AFC.
Quarterback Josh Allen threw for 218 yards and two touchdowns in the victory. Stefon Diggs had six catches for 108 yards and a TD.
Aaron Rodgers threw for 203 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception for Green Bay, which dropped its fourth straight. Romeo Doubs and Samori Toure caught the TDs. Aaron Jones ran 20 times for 143 yards.
Packer linebacker Quay Walker was ejected from the game late in the first half after an altercation with the Bills’ Zach Davidson. The penalty helped Buffalo score a TD that led to a 24-7 halftime lead.
With the Packers now 3-5, Rodgers is off to his worst start through eight games in his career. Green Bay is at Detroit on Sunday at noon.
