MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Bucks set a franchise record for victories to start a season with a 115-101 win Friday night at Minnesota. The Bucks have won eight straight games to begin the year.
Giannis had his 30th career triple-double with 26 points, 13 rebounds and 11 assists. Jrue Holiday added 29 points, eight rebounds and six assists.
Bobby Portis had 18 and eight rebounds while Grayson Allen added 10 and rookie MarJon Beauchamp had 14 with five boards.
The Bucks shot better in this one going 17-38 from 3 pt range.
The team record for consecutive wins at any time in a season is 20 set back in 1970-71.
