PHILADELPHIA, PA (WSAU) — The Green Bay Packer defense got gashed and the Philadelphia Eagles beat Green Bay 40-33 on Sunday night.
The Packers also lost quarterback Aaron Rodgers in the 3rd quarter with a rib injury. He did not return. He’s also playing with a broken thumb on his throwing hand and it’s unknown if he will be available for Sunday’s game with Chicago.
Rodgers threw two touchdown passes to Aaron Jones and Randall Cobb. Backup Jordan Love threw one of 65 yards to Christian Watson. AJ Dillon scored on the ground.
Both Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts and running back Miles Sanders went over 100 yards rushing as the Eagles gained 363 yards on the ground.
The Packers have fallen to 4-8 on the season and will play at Chicago on Sunday at noon.
