Wisconsin Badgers
UNIVERSITY PARK, PA (WSAU) – The Badgers needed overtime to beat Penn State, 79-74.
Chucky Hepburn got the game into OT with a late 3-pointer. He led the Badgers with 19-points, and was 5-of-9 from 3-point range.
Connor Essegian had 18, and was 4-of-7 from behind the arc. Tyler Wahl had 16. Steven Crowl had 11.
Wisconsin improves to 14-9 this season, and 6-7 in Big Ten play.
The Badgers will be on the road Saturday afternoon against Nebraska. Game coverage begins at 2pm CT on WSAU.
