MADISON, WI (WSAU) – Frank R. Schuman, a resident of Lac Du Flambeau, was taken into custody on Thursday, according to the Wisconsin DOJ.
Schuman has been charged with fifteen counts of domestic abuse and battery against three different people in Oneida, Vilas, and Outagamie counties over the last nine months.
The criminal complaints against Schuman include allegedly braking one person’s jaw and sexually assault, repeatedly assaulting another person, and physically assaulting a third person, leaving bruises on their face and throughout their body. The assaults took place between January 1st, 2022 and May 1st, 2022.
According to the DOJ, the investigation into Schuman is still ongoing, and they encourage anyone in the public who knows of any additional criminal activity to come forward.
