
PHOENIX, AZ (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Brewers comeback fell short against the White Sox in Phoenix.
The team trailed 6-2 heading into the bottom of the ninth until Josh VanMeter plated a run on a fielder’s choice. Isaac Collins singled home two more runs, but Mike Morin shut the door to give Chicago a 6-5 win.
Mike Brosseau crushed a two-run homer for Milwaukee, which stays in Phoenix to play the Padres tomorrow.
