MARSHFIELD, WI (WSAU) — Marshfield Mayor Lois TeStrake is putting out a call for residents to serve on several city Commissions.
Vacancies that need to be filled include:
• Two Marshfield citizens to be on the Plan Commission
• One Marshfield citizen to be on the Board of Zoning Appeals
• One Marshfield citizen to be on the Board of Review
• One Marshfield citizen to be on the Committee on Aging
• One Marshfield citizen to be on the Communications Committee
• One Marshfield citizen to be on the Ethics Board
Those interested in serving should submit a letter of interest and resume along with any other supporting materials to the Mayor’s office at City Hall, 207 W. 6th St., Marshfield, WI. 54449. Mayor TeStrake will then make recommendations to the City Council, which will have the final say on all appointments.
The deadline for applications for the new term is April 13th. TeStrake is hoping to have all appointments ready for council approval at their meeting on April 18th.
