MERRILL, WI (WSAU) – A Merrill restaurant will contribute a portion of its profits on Wednesday and Thursday to the families of two Merrill classmates.
Dakota Brown, 16, and Aiden Grefe, 17, were last seen together Sunday morning along State Road 17 and Shingle Mill Rd in Harrison. The next day, their bodies were discovered in the Oneida County Forest in the Town of Enterprise, southeast of Rhinelander. According to investigators, exposure played a part in their deaths.
On those days, Casa Amigos Mexican Restaurant will donate 20% to both families. The owners, who are also parents, expressed their heartbreak in a Facebook post.
Casa Amigos Mexican Restaurant is located in Merrill at N2410 State Highway 107.
