MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU-MetroSource) – The Brewers fell to the Tigers 4-2 in Milwaukee.
Colin Rea got the loss after surrendering four runs on five hits over five innings.
Willy Contreras and Mike Brosseau each blasted solo shots for Milwaukee, which dropped to 15-and-8. It’s the first time all season they’ve lost back-to-back games.
The Brew Crew are second in the NL Central.
The Brewers are back in action tonight for game two against the Tigers. Eric Lauer gets the start opposite Spencer Turnbull. Game coverage starts at 6:05pm on WSAU.
