MARSHFIELD, WI (WSAU) — Marshfield Fire and Rescue says no one was hurt in an overnight house fire on Cedar Avenue.
Crews were called out at about 11:30 Monday evening and found “visible smoke and audible cracking” coming from the home.
No injuries were reported in the incident and all residents were able to get out safely. Officials say the home suffered “moderate” damage to its basement, first and second floors, and attic space.
Crews determined that the fire was electrical in nature. No further information was provided.
