GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) –The Green Bay Packers are reaching an extension with their new quarterback.
ESPN reports Jordan Love and Green Bay agreed to a one-year deal worth up to 22-and-a-half-million dollars. The extension includes 13-and-a-half-million in guaranteed money.
Love was eligible for a fifth-year option which would have paid him just over 20-million guaranteed for the 2024 season. He’ll head into training camp as the number-1 QB for the first time since he was selected in round one of the 2020 draft.
