Milwaukee Brewers
MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU-MetroSource) – The Brewers staged a late comeback to beat the Diamondbacks 7-5 in Milwaukee.
The team trailed 5-3 heading into the seventh inning until Christian Yelich, Willy Contreras and Willy Adames each drove in runs as part of a four-run inning.
Bryse Wilson earned the win in relief while Devin Williams slammed the door shut in the ninth for his 13th save of the season.
Milwaukee is second in the NL Central and will go for the series win this afternoon. Game coverage begins at 12:35pm on WSAU.
