GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) – Lukas Van Ness, a first-round pick in 2023, and the Green Bay Packers have reached an agreement on a rookie contract, the organization said on Tuesday.
The Packers and Van Ness, the 13th overall pick out of Iowa, agreed to a four-year contract with a fifth-year team option. With the possibility of an additional year in 2027, if the team exercises the option after his third season, the contract keeps Van Ness in Green Bay through the 2026 season.
