CHICAGO, IL (WSAU) – The Packers opened the Jordan Love era with a convincing 38-20 win over the Chicago Bears.
Love threw 3 touchdown passes and was 15-of-27. He had a quarterback rating of 123 in just his second NFL start.
The Packers, leading 10-6 at halftime, scored on the first two possessions of the second half to put the game out of reach.
Aaron Jones, who ran for one touchdown and caught a second, left the game with a hamstring injury in the second half.
Romeo Daubs added two touchdown catches, and Quay Walker returned an interception 37-yards for a touchdown in the third quarter. Walker left the game to be evaluated for a concussion.
The Packers will be on the road against Atlanta next week.
