Grand Theater
WAUSAU, WI (WSAU-WAOW) – More concert fans will be able to get cheap rush tickets for the Grand Theater’s 2023-2024 season.
The Grand Theater has expanded rush tickets to educators, first responders, and SNAP cardholders beginning with the 2023-2024 Season of shows. This is in addition to the already qualified students and military personnel.
Patrons must produce their eligible ID one hour before the show to receive the discount. This includes school ID, military or veteran ID, SNAP card, municipal ID, and other forms of identification.
Rush ticket prices can start as low as $10 and are often at least 50% less than the normal price. Due to artist contracts, prices will vary. There is a restriction of one fast ticket per qualifying participant per show.
The rush discount will be available for most new season shows. If possible, The Grand will post show rush information on their Facebook page or website. During the week, people can also phone their Ticket Office at 715-842-0988.
Because shows sell out, it is not guaranteed that they will be available one hour before showtime.
Rush tickets cannot be reserved in advance. They are only available at the door one hour before showtime.
