ST. LOUIS, Mo (WSAU) –Tyrone Taylor provided plenty of pop for the Brewers in his side’s 8-2 victory over the Cardinals in St. Louis.
The outfielder crushed a solo homer in the fourth inning and followed up with another solo shot in the ninth. Josh Donaldson also went yard with a three-run dinger in the first inning.
Adrian Houser earned the win after giving up just one run while striking out four batters over six innings.
The Brew Crew improved to 86-and-66 and are first in the NL Central. Milwaukee will go for the series win this afternoon. PreGame show at 11:40 this morning on WSAU.
