ST. LOUIS, MO (WSAU) –The Milwaukee Brewers blanked the Cardinals 6-0 to claim their series from St. Louis.
Wade Miley earned the win after giving up just three hits while striking out seven batters over six innings. Victor Caratini blasted a three-run homer in the sixth inning while Blake Perkins also went yard. Sal Frelick went two-for-five with an RBI as Milwaukee improved to 87-and-66.
The Brew Crew are in first in the NL Central and are in Miami to play the Marlins tonight. Because of Badger football on WSAU, the Brewers game has been moved to 93.9 The Game. Pre Game show at 5:05.
