GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) — Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love will be without his most important offensive lineman for a while.
Green Bay placed David Bakhtiari on injured reserve yesterday. The left tackle is dealing with an injury to his surgically repaired left knee, which he originally hurt during a practice back in 2020. He’s had three surgeries on the same knee and has missed 24 of his last 47 games since 2021.
Bakhtiari has spent his entire 11-year career with the Packers after being selected in the fourth round of the 2013 draft. The 31-year-old will be eligible to come back on November 5th against the Los Angeles Rams.
