MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) – On Saturday afternoon, Milwaukee Bucks fans gathered outside Fiserv Forum to welcome the team’s newest star, Damian Lillard.
The rally began at 2 p.m. with thousands of fans lining up along a fenced off-pathway awaiting the arrival of Lillard from Milwaukee’s Mitchell International Airport. He would not arrive until,, after 5 p.m. and was greeted by loud cheers and applause from the city’s loyal fans.

Lillard took time after the rally to get familiar with the Bucks gym, displaying some of his sharpshooting abilities as well as some fancy dribbling that fans will surely come to love seeing throughout the upcoming season.

In 58 games in 22–23, Lillard averaged 32.2 points, 7.3 assists, and 4.8 rebounds. He will also be under contract with the Bucks through 2026, giving him and Giannis the opportunity to win multiple championships together.
