STANLEY, WI (WSAU) — A Canadian National train has derailed in the City of Stanley.
Police say ten cars went off the tracks between 345th Street and McKnight Street at around 1 AM Wednesday. Officials have confirmed that no hazardous materials are being transported by the train, and no fires or injuries have been reported.
There are no active road closures from the incident. Police are asking that people remain at a safe distance from the incident while railroad police and engineers work.
