INDIANAPOLIS, IND (WSAU) — Giannis Antetokounmpo’s 54 points were not enough as the Bucks fell to the Pacers 126-124 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
Giannis was 19-25 from the field and 16-18 from the free-throw line and also hauled-in 12 rebounds for a double-double. He did have two crucial turnovers down the stretch as the Pacers rallied in the 4th quarter.
Michael Redd still holds the Bucks single game scoring record with 57.
Khris Middleton contributed with 19 points and Malik Beasely added 13.Damian Lillard missed the game due to soreness in his right calf.
The Bucks dropped to 5-and-3 and are now second in the Central Division. Milwaukee hopes to bounce back Saturday night against the Magic in Orlando.
