WESTON, WI (WSAU) — The Everest Metro Police Commission has scheduled a closed-session meeting to discuss personnel matters.
According to tonight’s agenda, the group will discuss “[the] dismissal, demotion, licensing, or discipline of any public employee.” They are also agendized to consider the “employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data” of an employee.
The agenda does not specify the name or position that the employee in question holds within the department. The employee can request to have some of the evidence discussed in open session.
The agenda was published on Monday shortly after 3 PM. Tonight’s meeting begins at 5:00 at the Weston Municipal Center. WSAU News will be there and will have more on this story later tonight.

The matter comes weeks after the same Commission hired an outside firm to investigate Police Chief Clay Schulz over allegations of sexual harassment. At least one female employee accused Schulz of making inappropriate comments about her body, including her breasts. Another male employee accused the Chief of asking for nude or semi-nude photos of his wife after a beach vacation.
An outside investigation acknowledged that the alleged comments were inappropriate, but did not rise to the level of termination. Schulz has denied the allegations.
Again it is unclear if the Commission will be discussing Schulz or another employee this evening.
