Meth seized in Wausau, WI
WAUSAU, WI (WSAU-WAOW) A suspect is in custody in Wausau for allegedly having 300 grams of meth in their possession.
The meth was taken from the suspect on Sunday and police say it has a street value of over $10,000. The details of the drug arrest on November 26th have not been made public.
The suspect’s name hasn’t been released. They will likely make a court appearance later today.
Authorities say this year is on track to follow last year when nearly half of the fatal overdoses in Wausau were from meth.
