MADISON, WI (WSAU) – Three Wisconsin Badgers stars picked up All-Big-Ten honors on Wednesday.
Running back Braelon Allen was voted All-Second-Team Big Ten after rushing for 984 yards and 12 touchdowns on 5.4 yards per carry in 2023. Allen announced on Tuesday that he will not be returning for his senior year and will instead be entering the 2024 NFL draft. He has not confirmed if he will play for the Badgers in their upcoming bowl game.
Meanwhile, wide receiver Will Pauling received All-Third-Team Big Ten honors following a strong 2023 season that included 66 catches for 694 yards and four touchdowns.
Offensive lineman Tanner Bortolini did not make any of the all-conference teams but did receive an honorable mention. The Kewaunee native was an honorable mention last season and was also named to the Academic All-Big Ten team.
