MADISON, WI (WSAU) – Tyler Van Dyke, a transfer quarterback from the Miami Hurricanes, and four-star quarterback has committed to the Wisconsin Badgers, the team announced on Tuesday.
According to Badgers 247, Van Dyke has been a starter for multiple years at Miami and in his three seasons as the starting quarterback for the Hurricanes, he finished with a record of 15-13.

The redshirt junior won the AAC Rookie of the Year award after a strong 2021 season, finishing 62.3 percent of his passes for 2,931 yards, 25 touchdowns, and six interceptions but struggled recently losing the starting job before getting it back due to injuries.
With Van Dyke joining the team, the Badgers will have five quarterbacks on the roster in 2024, including incoming freshman Mabrey Mettauer, former Oklahoma transfer Nick Evers, Cole LaCrue, and Braedyn Locke.
