Scott Farmer
WAUPACA, WI (WSAU) — The man accused of killing four siblings is still without legal representation, delaying the start of his court proceedings.
Scott Farmer was in a Waupaca County Courtroom on Tuesday where a judge delayed his initial appearance while a defender is appointed to the case.
Farmer is accused of four counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and his 5th OWI, all of those counts are felonies. He’s also facing a misdemeanor count of operating a vehicle with a revoked license.
Investigators say Farmer was behind the wheel when he collided head-on with a vehicle carrying Daniel, Fabian, Lilian, and Daniela Gonzalez. Three of the siblings died at the scene, the fourth died at a hospital the next day.
Officers say he was speeding at the time of the crash in addition to driving drunk and with a revoked license.
