WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) – A new way to view and share tickets is coming to the Grand Theater in 2024.
The updated process will have customers visit wallet.grandtheater.org on their mobile browser once signed into their Grand Theater account. Customers will then be able to view their new digital tickets and easily share tickets with friends and family.
Director of Marketing Tammy Stezenski discussed the change and how it could affect the theater’s ability to help with tickets, saying, “This is integrated with our current system, so it’s not like going somewhere else; we have all the ticket history, so all of the customer services we’ve been able to do even right on the spot or the day of the show, we can still provide it.”
Customers will also still be able to print or pick up their tickets by selecting the option when ordering online. Anyone looking to buy can visit “Tickets” at grandtheator.org for more information.
