MEMPHIS, TENN (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Bucks stumble into the All-Star break with their 14th road loss of the season dropping a 113-110 decision against the Grizzlies in Memphis. They lost 15 road games all of last season.
The shots weren’t dropping for Milwaukee while the short-handed Griz got career nights from GC Jackson and Ziaire Williams.
The Bucks came back from a 113-104 deficit on a couple of three-pointers by Malik Beasley but missed a potential game tying three at the buzzer.
Giannis had 35 points and 12 assists. He’s been battling knee tendinitis but is expecterd to play in Sunday’s All-Star game. Damian Lillard had 24 points and Bobby Portis had 15 off the bench.
The Bucks are now off until Friday February 23rd when the face Minnesota.
