MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — The 7th ranked Marquette mens basketball team beat DePaul 105-71 on Wednesday night at Fiserv Forum.
An early 24-2 run put the Golden Eagles up 31-8 early in the game and the outcome was never in doubt.
Marquette’s Tyler Kolek set a team record with 18 assists in the game breaking the mark of 17 held by Tony Miller from 1995.
Kam Jones had a career high with 34 points including eight three-pointers. Oso Ighodaro had 15 points, nine rebounds nand seven assists.
The Golden Eagles, now 20-6, 11-4 in Big East, will host Xavier on Sunday.
