WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — The two remaining candidates for Mayor in Wausau will meet in a public forum on Tuesday, March 5th at 5:30 PM.
Candidates Doug Diny and Katie Rosenberg will each answer a series of questions facilitated by Dave Anderson, the Senior Policy Fellow of WIPPS. The forum will not be held in a debate format. Each candidate will take the stage individually to share their platforms.
The Greater Wausau Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring the forum, and all are invited to attend regardless if they are members. The event is free and no pre-registration is required.
Diny and Rosenberg advanced to the April ballot after beating out Christopher Wood in a three-person primary last week. Rosenberg is the incumbent, while Diny currently serves as an Alderperson for District 4.
