Milwaukee Brewers
SURPRISE AZ (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Brewers fell to 1-5 in Cactus League play with a 7-5 loss to the Texas Rangers on Thursday.
Joey Ortiz had a two-run homer for Milwaukee. Brice Turrang, Brock Wilken, Eric Haase and Oliver Dunn had two hits each.
Joe Ross started and went two innings giving up one hit & one run with two strikeouts.
The Brewers will host the San Diego Padres this afternoon at Maryvale.
