Marquette Golden Eagles
MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — The #2 ranked UConn Huskies beat Marquette 74-67 on Wednesday night at Fiserv Forum.
It was senior night for the Golden Eagles but senior Tyler Kolek didn’t play because of injury.
Marquette was led by Kam Jones with 18 points. Oso Igadaro had 16 and David Joplin added 10.
The Huskies shot 13-26 from three point range led by Alex Karaban who hit 5 threes and finished with 23 points.
The Golden Eagles, now 22-8, 13-6 in Big East, will host Xavier on Saturday.
