WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — Wausau Police are investigating after a woman’s body was found in the Wisconsin River on Tuesday.
The body was found near Barker-Stewart Island.
Autopsy results are pending but authorities think it is a possible suicide. The woman’s name has not been released.
