WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) – Wisconsin Republican Rep. Tom Tiffany sat down for this week’s episode of State of Affairs to provide an update on things happening on Capitol Hill.
Tiffany spoke about Tuesday’s significant hearing from former Special Counsel Robert Hur, who wrote the report on President Biden’s classified document handling, and stopped short of saying the President could’ve been prosecuted and that the White House legal counsel had asked for changes to his report, saying, “Chairman Jordan asked the question and I repeated it and said, first of all, did the White House asked about the wording that was in the report, and he said yes, they did, and they wanted him to change it, and I asked if the White House went to the attorney general to go over your head, and he said yes, they did that.”
Join us for the full conversation at 9:30 AM CST and see what Rep. Tiffany thinks about the possibility of Packers legend Aaron Rodgers being Robert Kennedy Jr.’s VP pick, what he experienced when trying to enter a migrant hotel in Arizona, and much more.
