GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) – The Packers hosted another top offensive tackle in this year’s draft over the weekend, which marks their third offensive tackle ranked on the top 100 prospect charts to visit Green Bay this draft season.
According to Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the Green Bay Packers hosted Yale offensive tackle Kiran Amegadjie for a top-30 visit just before the 2024 NFL draft kicks off this Thursday night.
Over the last three seasons, Amegadjie (6-5, 323) started 10 games at right guard and 14 at left tackle. He was chosen for the All-Ivy League team three times. Over the previous two seasons, Amegadjie, 22, gave up just 10 total pressures and zero sacks and is expected to be a 2nd or 3rd round selection.
The Packers hosted both Oklahoma offensive tackle Tyler Guyton and Georgia offensive tackle Amarius Mims, who are expected to be first-round picks, earlier this year, and the selection of one of them at 25 and then Amegadjie at 58 or 88 would solidify Green Bay’s offensive line for years to come.
