PITTSBURGH, PA (WSAU)– The Milwaukee Brewers got a quality game from emergency starter Tobias Myers but fell to the Pirates 2-1 on Tuesday night.
Myers, called up from the minors this week, went five innings giving up one run on four hits with four strikeouts.
The Pirates scored in the first inning and added a run in the 6th. The Brewers run came from a Gary Sanchez homer in the 8th.
The Brewers, now 14-8 on the season, will play in Pittsburgh again tonight…pre game show at 5::05 on WSAU
