MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — The Milwaukee Brewers hit three home runs in a 7-1 win over the St. Louis Cardinals on Thursday night at American Family Field.
Rhys Hoskins, Jake Bauers and Joey Ortiz all went deep for the Brewers. William Contreras was 3-4 with two runs scored and an RBI.
Tobias Meyers started and gave up one run over four innings with six Ks and four walks. Jared Koenig picked up the win in relief. Three Brewer relievers tossed five scoreless innings.
The Brewers, now 22-15, will host St. Louis again tonight…pre game show at 6:35 on WSAU.
