Wausau, WI (WSAU) – The start of the “Concerts On the Square” season has kicked off to a rainy start and the forecast for this Wednesday looks like it may follow suit. Don’t fret though because as they say in showbiz, “The show must go on.” The first concert held on June 5th, was moved to the Rothschild Pavilion and the show on the 12th, was held at The Bantr Hotel.
This Wednesday, a state favorite is set to take the stage, with the popular Brad Emanuel Band. Brad Emanuel has been performing professionally for the last two decades and was voted the “Favorite Local Musician” in Wausau’s City Pages “Best of” edition in 2022 and 2023. He and his bandmates have played at numerous events and venues across Wisconsin, even playing at one of summertime’s favorable festivals, Hodag Country Music Fest. At Hodag, he and his band won the state competition in 2019, and he also won as a solo act back in 2013.
The entertainment by Brad Emanuel offers a little something for everyone. The styles range from country to rock music spanning over 7 decades. Head to the 400 Block in downtown Wausau this Wednesday, June 19th at 6 P.M to enjoy the show. All last-minute venue changes can be seen on Wausau Events social media or here at WSAU.COM.
