TOKYO (Reuters) – A man holding what appears to be a knife attacked a bus used by a Japanese school in Suzhou, China, on Monday, wounding a Japanese woman and her child, public broadcaster NHK said.
The mother and child were taken to hospital and their injuries were not life-threatening, NHK said, quoting the Japanese consulate in Shanghai.
No one was immediately available for comment at the consulate.
