MADISON, WI (WSAU) — A 41-year-old Wisconsin Rapids man has been indicted for federal gun and drug charges.
Bradly Rosenthal is accused of possessing methamphetamine with the intent to distribute in February and March. Investigators say in one case he had at least 50 grams of the drug.
He’s also accused of possessing two firearms and ammunition, which were used as part of his drug trafficking scheme.
Rosenthal faces several counts including possession of meth with the intent to distribute and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. He’s also facing a count of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
The indictment came down last week. If Rosenthal is found guilty he faces a maximum of 75 years in prison with a minimum sentence of five years.
The case was investigated through the US Justice Department’s Project Safe Neighborhoods program. No further information on the case was provided.
