MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — The Pittsburgh Pirates scored six times in the 6th inning to blow open the game and run away from the Milwaukee Brewers 12-2 on Tuesday night at American Family Field.
Colin Rea gave up 7 earned runs in five innings of work to take the loss. William Contreras and Blake Perkins had the Brewers RBIs.
The Cardinals were rained out so Milwaukee is now four games up of St. Louis in the Central Division. They take on Pittsburgh again tonight…pre-game show at 6:35 on WSAU
