RINGLE, WI (WSAU) – An accident on Highway 29 close to Ringle is being looked into by the Marathon County Sheriff’s Office.
The Wisconsin DOT reported that the collision occurred at approximately 11 a.m. on Thursday. Highway 29’s westbound traffic is diverted via northbound County Highway Y, westbound County Highway N, and southbound County Highway Q.
Drivers traveling through the area are being advised by the sheriff’s office to use the designated detour and to be alert for emergency vehicles.
