NEILLSVILLE, WI (WSAU-WAOW) – A Clark County man has been found guilty of sexually assaulting four young girls.
The trial was held earlier in August for Joseph Pierce Senior of Owen.
Pierce, 70, was charged in 2021 with sexually assaulting the girls for the past several years starting in 2017.
One of them said he told her if she told anyone, her mom would go to jail and she would get a ‘timeout.’
On Friday, a jury found Pierce guilty of eight charges, including repeated sexual assault of a child, child enticement and exposing a child to harmful material.
A sentencing date has not yet been set.
