TOWN OF SPENCER, WI (WSAU) — A Monday morning crash killed one person and closed off traffic on State Highway 13 in the Town of Spencer.
It happened near the intersection with Merkel Road at about 8 AM. Officials say two vehicles collided, killing one person.
It’s unclear if any others were injured.
Crash reconstruction teams spent nearly eight hours working in the area, blocking off a portion of Highway 13 for nearly eight hours.
The scene was cleared by 4 PM.
No further information has been released and the name of the victim has been withheld pending family notification.
