GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) – The Green Bay Packers are likely to be without two of their top wide receivers on Sunday when they travel to Los Angeles to face the Rams.
According to the Packers’ final injury report of the week, Christian Watson (ankle) and Romeo Doubs (personal) are doubtful to play against Los Angeles, while former first-round pick Devonte Wyatt (ankle) will be out.
Watson and Doubs have taken a back seat to second-year receivers Jayden Reed and Dontayvion Wicks so far this year, as Reed and Wicks have combined for 440 receiving yards and five touchdowns, while Watson and Doubs have combined for 149 receiving yards and just one touchdown. The Rams have been friendly to opposing receivers this season, allowing 932 receiving yards and eight receiving touchdowns through the first month of the season.
Other notable Packers who remain questionable to play are cornerbacks Jaire Alexander and Carrington Valentine, as well as offensive guards Elgton Jenkins and Jordan Morgan.
